Gripping through winter

Some people say that Japanese domestic vehicles are not up to the challenge of our tough Canadian winters. Well at RightDrive, we beg to differ.

This came in the mail just the other day…
“I just want to say “THANK YOU” so much for my great truck. I am a rural mail carrier and you set me up with a 1993 Pajero last spring. Today was my first real test in bad weather. This truck is a tank. I used four wheel drive and went through all drifts and snow banks with no problem. It is so great to have a vehicle that I know will get me through the winter weather safely. I would recommend this truck to anyone. Thanks again.”

We also have a few others. Think Japanese sports cars can’t do it? Think again.
This winter two of RightDrives customers will be driving the sleek roads in an RX7 and R33 GTS (both their second vehicles from RightDrive). Keep an eye out for them.

In the small border town of Fort Erie, Ontario, the state of the art Canadian Motor Speedway is ready to break ground soon.
The oval and road course race track has been a thing of legends in Fort Erie for many years with many residents wondering if the track was ever going to become a reality.

The track features a 1 mile oval course as well as a 2.6 mile road course.

RightDrive staff member Matt Lacroix resides in Fort Erie and says the track is something that has been long and eagerly awaited. “It is nice to see real progress being made. The idea of the race track was beginning to feel forgotten. There are still hurdles to overcome though. Some residents of Fort Erie are not as open to the idea and have begun to petition to keep it out. Other residents have been very excited about the track not only for its entertainment value but for the economic benefits it brings.”

Details on the new track can be found at cdnmotorspeedway.com
